We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you encounter any technical defects that hinder your experience, we're here to assist. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

Eligibility

Refunds are available to customers who have paid for a subscription to CareerCraftAI.com, and who have experienced a technical issue or defect that cannot be resolved by our support team. Refunds may also be provided in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of CareerCraftAI.com.

Refund Period

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial subscription or consumption of 10% or less of the credits included in the chosen plan, whichever occurs earlier.

Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must contact us via Career Craft AI Support and provide a detailed description of the technical issue or defect they have experienced. Our team will work to resolve the issue, and if a refund is deemed appropriate, the customer will receive their refund within 14 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for customers who have breached CareerCraftAI.com's terms of service, or who have used our services for illegal or unethical purposes. Refunds will also not be provided for issues caused by the customer's own equipment or internet connection.

Changes to the refund policy

CareerCraftAI.com reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
